The last entry is a single listing category for tax preparation that would include Accounting Professions. In 2009, an increase in tax preparation services occured, because of such events and problematic or overwhelming situations as 1) ammended tax returns for larger deductions and refunds, 2) catch-up of unfiled tax returns, and 3) tax audits and related matters.

Why Projections Change
Employment trends and actual job listings differ by state and by metropolitan area within the US States.
Federal projections for future jobs are produced by government statisticians and analysts for a decade at a time, such as 2004 - 2014 and 2006 - 2016 and there is some time overlap as well as differences in job projections that arise with the emergence of new industries and new occupations. Some jobs essentially go out of existence and new jobs are offered as technologies advance.
Overlapping decades provides a background for adjusting trends to other important factors that may include increasing or decreasing populations and other elements. The Recession 2008 - 2009 had some affects upon job listing trends, as did the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding. Employment trends can change rapidly and it is wise to read business and employment projection news.
An example of changes between two decades of projections can be seen in an article that adresses the Best Places to Move In Tennessee.
The State of Texas experienced a small increase in Unemployment rate overall in June, 2009, but several cities remained at around only 5-6% while the nation topped over 10% unemployment during the same time. See a market-by-market review at Texas Job Markets.
